Macro counting can feel like a burdensome & daunting task. We offer pre-macro counted recipes & portion sizes so you can simply follow without needing to track & calculate your own macros. We do offer education on this topic if you are interested.
Learning how to eat at a restaurant to suit your fitness goals is a big feature of our nutrition coaching. Send us your restaurant menu in advance and we will guide you with the best options. We also offer alcohol limit recommendations & food pairing suggestions.

Fill out your Fitness Goals & History Form
On purchase, in 2-3 business days, you will receive confirmation email from TNV Method indicating the next steps of action. Additionally, you will receive an invitation email from us which will give you immediate access to TNV Method App.
While setting up the TNV Method Mobile App you will be prompted to fill out an Onboarding Consultation form which will contain questions about your past fitness journey & future goals. We encourage you to volunteer as much information as you can.

30-min Video Protocol

On your Onboarding Start Date, your TNV Method Coach will reach out to you via the TNV Method App to fix a time for a 45-min Onboarding Consultation Video Call.
3-5 Business Days after your 45-min Onboarding Call, your Coach will set up a 60 min Protocol Discussion Call to explain all the fitness & nutrition protocols and begin the Coaching Phase. It is after this call that the month of coaching begins.
